In 1998, Phnom Penh University of Cambodia (PUC) was established to provide high-quality education and foster academic excellence in Cambodia. Over the years, PUC has continuously evolved to meet the growing needs of students, researchers, and stakeholders in the academic community. Recognizing the importance of digital innovation in education, PUC launched its E-Library in 2023 to enhance access to academic resources and promote a culture of research and knowledge sharing.
The PUC E-Library was developed to preserve and distribute academic materials, such as textbooks, journals, research papers, conference proceedings, multimedia resources, and other valuable educational content. Libraries, especially in the digital era, play a vital role in advancing education, promoting innovation, fostering ethical values, and supporting community development.
With the aim of improving accessibility for researchers and learners, the PUC E-Library is designed to enable remote users to efficiently access a wealth of academic resources anytime and anywhere.
To provide an advanced electronic network that facilitates access to an extensive collection of academic and research materials through the PUC E-Library, empowering students, faculty, and researchers to achieve academic excellence and contribute to the global knowledge community.
